it's gratifying to hear that our prohibitive policy is not unusual.

Hypothetically, if the virus risk was low or negligible, would there be suffiicient 
justification in the privacy/inappropriate disclosure and "business records" arguments 
to warrant continuation of the restrictions? This may depend somewhat on the legal 
requirements in respective countries, and industries (eg health), but seems to stack 
up regardless of legislative requirements.

As an aside, I have built a  reasonably comprehensive list of free webmail URL's that 
we block. I'd be happy to clean this up and make it available to any one who'd like to 
make use of it.
