using a web interface to access their email would be more secure, but you
have to be sure to use SSL and you have to make sure your server(s) are
properly secured. It all depends on the security your company needs. But yes
your idea is much better than allowing "free" email fowarding (by free I
mean to allow them to foward it ANYwhere...) You have to be able to control
company property (sensitive informations are so easy to get out in the
nature).
