You could also look at Citrix Metaframe XP. It is a terminal services extention for Windows 2000 TS (among other operating systems) that allows better encryption, and better administration. It also keeps everything on you network, so you don't have to worry about data. I personally recommend you run it over a VPN if you are trying to setup a secure solution. My mother works for Peoples Bank (I had to setup her remote access for her) and this is the solution that they use.
