Exercise due diligence with Capella. I tried their doctoral program out (11
classes) last year and felt like their hand was constantly in my pocket.
Quite a few "gotcha policies" ("rolling enrollment" particularly comes to
mind) I was never told about prior to enrolling.
Commitments I had in writing from a Capella official were dismissed as "not
policy".
Good instructors, tho

After conducting a thorough research with Google etc. I would like to ask

In Slovenia we are introducing some postgraduate programes in information
security from both technical and managerial perspective.
We are looking for any similar programes in Europe/US or other parts of the
World that are being taught at the university level.
