Thanks for replying, maybe you can point me in the right direction? So far none of the docs cover what I need; I feel like I'm being forced to use BouncyCastle or find something else, when I'd rather stay in the JDK/JSSE domain. Filed bugs with regard to DTLS are sitting for years. Unless otherwise shown, the outlook is not good.
