Hi @hgqxjj 

The fix is fine but not complete. There are more issues down in code.
The main is that `FLAG_SET_DEFAULT()` is called under 
`!FLAG_IS_DEFAULT(UseAESCTRIntrinsics)) ` check which should be used only for 
`warning()` message.
