Not sure is this would work but;
REJECT  lan:aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd     wan (or fw for proxy) tcp       80      -
REJECT  lan:aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd     wan (or fw for proxy) tcp       443     -

If this rule was placed before your accept rule for 80 or 443 (or proxy
rules) it should block aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd .

Not sure if this is what your asking....
