[SaF] how to search mskb

I'm having a helluva time getting some troubleshooting info off the MS 
Knowledge Base..maybe you professional seekers can help me with the wording..

I have a friend who can NOT access any secure sites with MSIE (if it starts 
with "https"..forget it..she gets "page not found" message)

I am trying to figger out why this is happening and how to fix it..but the 
only thing I can find is stuff on Win NT


she has MSIE 5, and win98
