I got the page http://www.pbs.org/redfiles/moon using the XBYJS option of
the [EMAIL PROTECTED] and received the following message: "This
site is frames-based. Unfortunately, your browser does not support frames.
If you have Microsoft Internet Explorer or
Netscape, you will need to upgrade to 3.0 or higher to view websites with
frames."
I am using Netscape 4.51 and I can't understand what is happening. I have
received similar messages with other pages and I don't know what to do.
What is wrong? Can anybody help me on this issue, please ?.
