connection limits, no nothing. Think of it like AOL without the spam,
without the special content, etc. New service, but adding more.
http://www.netzero.net -> First free ISP in a long while to actually
stick, it is the 2nd largest of all ISPs out there, pay or free. it has
just reached the 3 million user mark. Puts an adbar on your screen and
filters out SMTP port 25, but otherwise real good and reliable. More info
on site(To avoid a long post).
http://www.freewwweb.com -> Don't use this one myself, but i am told it
has no ad bars, but you're limited to 100 hours/month.
