ICSA Sailors,
Over the past few days we have been experiencing some server problems for the ICSA Individual Directory. Working with our site hosts, we've resolved the problems and believe that things are working as they should. If you have registered or made edits in the past week or so, please login and check your record to make sure you are registered, approved, and have indicated eligibility for Fall 08. 1) Search for your last name at: http://www.collegesailing.org/directory/individual/ 2) Click on your record. You are now on your public display page. Notice the "Edit listing" link in red at the bottom of the page 3) Click "Edit Listing" 4) You should now see seven options. a) If you just want to indicate eligibility, use the first option b) If you want to review your entire record's eligibility, including contact info, use the second option c) If your name had "Unapproved" next to it in red when you searched for your record, you may also want to use the third option. Doing this will send an email to your directory admin(s) to give them a heads up that you need your record officially approved. We recognize that these issues may have interfered with sailors being able to register before competing in last weekend's regattas, however, you must be registered, approved, AND indicate eligibility for Fall 08 BEFORE competing in the coming weekends. Those who sailed 9/13-14 but we unable to register last week must register by this weekend in order to avoid penalties per the ICSA Procedural rules. Please also send your conference commissioner and myself an email stating that you had such problems.
