Toolbar and Edittools.
It's possible to stick {{MediaWiki:Edittools}} inside the page and get
the edittools transcluded, however the JS isn't there, SF needs to be
the one that inserts it because it also needs to make sure that the edit
javascript is loaded onto the page.
