My guess was that there was a typo somewhere ... but reading the above seems to suggest not. Can you confirm that the imported template call and the newly created template calls have exactly the same name? Can you post an example of an imported template call and a newly created template call? Perhaps this is indeed a 'known feature'. But I thought it should not be like this. Can you also confirm that the category assigned by the template has the right "[[has default form::]]" setting?
