I can change the messages displayed on the Special:Search by changing
the page MediaWiki:Noexactmatch.  I can change the text of the message
and add links as in a regular wiki page.  I do not know how using
wikimark up to add a form selection pull down and then have that
information added to a call to the Special:AddData page
