I am not sure if this is possible. I am trying to create a link that
would go to the AddPage special page for the Topics form. I want that
link to carry over a value to the second page of the form (after they
put the page name in and click enter). The value I am trying to carry
is the page name of the page they clicked on the link from, and it
would preload in the Parent Topic field based on the Topics template.
Here is what I tried...I'm sure this isn't right...I got the forminput
form to work, but I just want a text link, not a form where they can
put in the title on that page.
[[Special:AddPage/Topics/preload=Topics[Parent Topic]={{PAGENAME}}|
add]]
Any thoughts? Perhaps this isn't possible?
