Yaron - the link above didn't work properly so I tried to post it as a
full URL and encoded the URL.  I tried this, and it isn't working:

[{{#urlencode:http://www.mywiki.com/wiki/Special:AddPage/Topics?Topics
[Parent Topic]={{PAGENAME}}}} Add]

It just posts on the page as text like the following:

[http%3A%2F%2Fwww.mywiki.com%2Fwiki%2FSpecial%3AAddPage%2FTopics
%3FTopics%5BParent+Topic%5D%3Dpage+name+goes+here Add]
