Thanks, I have applied the patch in SVN (although I used 
permissionRequired('delete') instead of permissionRequired('siteadmin'), 
since the former is what we require).

In general, making SMWAdmin available to anyone who can delete seems to be 
wrong, but the really restrictive rights like siteadmin require extra 
configuration to be available to anyone at all. Maybe we will at least add an 
option to restrict SMWAdmin to those.
