Alright - the new 'category' format is now checked in to SMW, and it seems
to work fine. There's also a somewhat related change that was made: the
SMWSQLStore2Query class now retrieves the 'smw_sortkey' field from the
database, and uses that when creating the object for each page to be
displayed - I assume that it's just an oversight that this wasn't added in
before.
