Yes, the getExportData() functions have moved from the individual DVs to SMWExporter now, where they are static methods that get dataitem objects. The method you are looking for is probably SMWExporter::makeExportDataForSubject() (if you want a dataset that includes standard maintenance properties about the page) or SMWExporter::getDataItemExpElement() (if you only want a URI for the page; this function is also what the old getExportData() of all other dataitems has become).
