Thanks Montse, Ah, this is very interesting. We have not used gcc 4 with SVDPACKC, and are currently using gcc 3.2.2 on Solaris and gcc 3.2.3 on Linux, and have not had any problems. However, it sounds like we'll need to take a look at gcc 4 to see what might be happening, if nothing else to report the problem to the developers of SVDPACKC early on, before there is a large migration to the newer gcc.
