No, I don't think we have published anything on WordToSet. If you wish
to cite something, I guess the CPAN release URL, version, date, etc.
is perhaps the best option.

The authors are Michelizzi and Pedersen....(from the README)

The reason for the lack of publications is that WordToSet is somewhat
related to SenseRelate....it really just takes the method of
SenseRelate and rather than applying it to the words in a sentence it
applies it to some set of words that are provided....so it's perhaps
best regarded as a variation on the larger SenseRelate idea.
