Do you want to make it look like you have a alarm system in your car, if so
this may be just what your looking for. You would need to some how (how ever
you decided) install the LED so it shows on your dash like an alarm system
LED does and just add a togle switch (so your could turn it on and off) and
longer wires in line from the battery to the LED and mount the hole thing. If
the battey in the one your talking about is a 9 volt one you may be able to
just get away with hooking it up direct to your fuse box and having it go on
when you shut your car off, but you would have to trace down all that
yourself and figure it out. This way you would not have to worrie about the 9
volt battey going dead on you or after some time the battery case maybe
leaking on you and causing some type of problem. If you can figure out how to
wire this up you most likey could install a less costly alarm system youself
and this would be a lot better than trying to build something that just looks
like a alarm system, and would help to protect your car. But I don't know if
this is what you have in mind or not.
Good Luck
Ron
