Since you mentioned this, I did not notice the idle kick-up.  How would I check it, 
though?  I will check the vacuum lines tomorrow, after work.  I will let you know how 
it comes out.

one, maybe you can try it and let us know.

Also, the last time I had that problem where the engine would fail, the
dealer had to replace the alternator. Have an electrician or some mechanic
check it out as far as its output is concerned.

Pulley?  At a later time, maybe.  Alternator is about eight months new.  It is giving 
out 13.8 volts to the battery.

I will keep you guys posted.
