well I contacted them a while ago also and they said "the problem has been
brought to their attention by another list member and will be taken care of".
And here we are, carshow season and I can't even get a full intake still.
This really pisses me off with Hotshot(like it did the first time). For such
a large company, they sure do have really shitty customer relations, which
just burned their chances for getting me as a repeat customer.
