Joe Mac is absolutely correct. Mobil 1 is far and away the best oil you can 
buy in a store. About the filters--STAY AWAY FROM FRAM! Fram used to make 
good filters, but they are absolute garbage now. You should try to get an 
OEM filter from a dealership. They are expensive (around $6) but are worth 
it. If you can't get to a dealership, you might try WIX brand filters--I 
have never used them, but a buddy of mine that works in a auto parts store 
says that WIX are really good and that they just copy the OEM design, so if 
the OEM has an anti-drainback valve (as ours do), then so will the WIX 
equivalent.
