We have an electronic alert that is SIRS with at least one end organ hypo perfusion indicator. It is turned on throughout the house to include 13 ICU's. We have a lot of false positives. Should we turn off in ICU 's? Does anyone else restrict their electronic alert ? What happened to mortality?
