Hi, We have a robust sepsis identification and management program here and have made many improvements to our processes over the years. We're stalled a little right now, and I'm contemplating sending an ICU nurse as a responder when we have an identified septic shock patient in the ED. Does anyone do this? How is it operationalized? Has it been successful? If this has been tried and failed, why did it fail?
