I would like clarification on how to abstract the fluids for the 3 hour bundle. 
 If the patient requires 2000 ml fluid.  The ED physician orders the 2000 ml to 
be given over 2 hrs and the RN charts that it was started.  Does she also need 
to chart that the fluids are finished.  Do we need to have verification that 
the fluids were given within the time frame or are we supposed to assume that 
it was done?
