Some confusion has been noted by my providers regarding whether or not the 
30cc/kg fluid bolus should be given if the repeat lactate level returns greater 
than 4 within the 6 hour window, in the absence of hypotension <90.

Should the bolus be given based on the repeat lactate level if it is greater 
than 4.0 and the patient has not become hypotensive?   The specs state the 
follow up tissue perfusion assessment is to be completed if the initial lactate 
is greater than 4.0, it does not give any regard to the follow-up lactate level.
