Dr. Townsend, I attended the Oct. 6th Quality Reporting Center Webinar titled "The Clinician Perspective on Sepsis Care: The Early Management Bundle for Severe Sepsis/Septic Shock II." There was a question regarding exclusions for sepsis fluid bolus for CHF or ESRD patients (on page 6 of the transcript). You referenced a study (or studies) by Dr. Rivers in your response. I have been trying to locate the article to share with some of our Providers who are hesitant to administer 30ml/kg in this patient population, but have not been successful in identifying any specific studies. Could you share the study titles please?
