We used to do this but used a central venous blood (ie central line needed
)gas only for patient on pressors to see if dobutamine or additional blood
transfusion were needed following surviving sepsis campain. Found that if
there is lactate clearance, the Svo2 or Svc02 is almost always greater than
70. We stopped doing it and relied more on lactate clearance.
