Hi Amy. I chair our sepsis committee. We have Quality/Risk, educators, nurses from almost all the units, RT’s, RX’s, and MD’s. As chair I take items (needs and wants) to our Critical Care Committee for approval. I also report to our larger hospital quality committee.
