Hello all...

Patient meets all criteria for severe sepsis on 11/17 at 1030. Clinical
criteria for shock are very questionable due to documentation issues, there is
documentation from the MD saying "septic shock", but not until 11/18. The
measure says if shock time is greater than 6 hours after severe sepsis time
then answer "no" to shock. Even when it is MD documentation?

So, my question is, does my patient have septic shock or not?
