Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone has had a way to somehow simplify the sepsis bundle process for the nurses to better understand and prevent fallouts. I was looking at maybe changing our perspective to see sepsis as a three-step process. I'm thinking by making it simpler for the staff it will increase our percentages. I want to break it down like this: Step 1. Identify (where we look at our SIRS + possible infection/organ dysfunction) Step 2. BLAST Step 3. Reassess (Recheck VS and repeat Lactic acid) Does anyone use something similar to this or maybe just anything with a simplified approach that you would be willing to share with me? Thanks!
