Does anyone have resources to share about successful sepsis screening programs in the ICU setting? We are considering using SOFA (+/- maybe a few other variables) as we find that SIRS for screening is far too sensitive in the ICU setting. Has anyone had success using SOFA for sepsis screening in the ICU?
