To whom it may concern,

I was hoping to possibly get some feedback from this listserv on SEP-1 data
abstraction:

  1. How many SEP-1 abstractors do you have ?
  2. Are they full-time or part-time?
  3. How many charts do they abstract per month?
  4. Do they do anything else?
  5. Are you using a software vendor?
  6. If so do you have skip logic turned off so you continue abstracting data
even if fallout?
  7. Do you do any additional abstraction outside of the vendor? (i.e. on a
spreadsheet)
  8. Does the abstractor also send out feedback letters?
  9. On average how much time per chart is taking to abstract?
  10. What metrics are reported to hospital/system leadership?
  11. Who puts together the metrics/report/dashboard?

Thank you so much in advance for your consideration to help us!

Best,
