The Surviving Sepsis Campaign has announced that the first update to the June 2020 adult COVID-19 guidelines is now available<https://www.sccm.org/SurvivingSepsisCampaign/Guidelines/COVID-19>. There are 9 recommendations to review. For pediatric providers, the Campaign issued a perspective<https://journals.lww.com/pccmjournal/pages/articleviewer.aspx?year=2020&issue=11000&article=00045&type=Fulltext> on sepsis in children during the COVID-19 pandemic. The adult sepsis and septic shock guidelines are now in final review and will be submitted to the journals shortly for peer review.
