Hi all,

I am planning to release soon a first beta version of Sequoia 4. The main issues at hand are: - lack of documentation (I don't have access to the sources of the Continuent documentation) - lack of test suite (Continuent did not release the Sequoia test suite under open source)

As there also seems that Sequoia is not on Continuent's main agenda anymore (at least in terms of new developments), it is legitimate to reconsider the hosting of the project in a more neutral place such as sf.net or open source communities such as ObjectWeb (eventually under the C-JDBC project) or Apache. As I am currently the only developer, I can also host the new releases on my web site frogthinker.org.

I'd like to hear from you on what you think should be done for Sequoia 4 and beyond. If you can help with documentation, hosting or testing, don't hesitate to let me know.

Thanks for supporting Sequoia,
Emmanuel
