For the moment, I'd stick with anakia, and just change the structure. I
would not move to Maven unless we decide to change our entire build process.
Perhaps have a separate build for the site, and a master build script if we
want to build product and site, which we'll want for packaging. One
question is what to do about javadocs.
Alternatively, we could restructure the site to have a project area, and
then separate areas for the different components.
