spring deployment packages are automatically created by the ant build, now, but
the generated packages contain "outdated" NOTICE/LICENSE/HOW-TO files.
The should include references to the libraries used by spring (and remove the
one specific to phoenix). The HOW-TO seems to be a source distribution specific
file that is now included in the binary dist, too.
