Attachment: MIME4J-60-readLine-returns-no-newline.patch
This patch moves some of the newline recognition logic inside the
BufferedLineReaderInputStream (removing it from the AbstractEntity, ATM).
More line based streams in the parsing tree should then use this readLine
instead of their current logic.
