@Oleg, my main concern is consistency here. I listed 6 places where we deal 
with newlines. IMHO they all should make the same thing. I still think my patch 
"MIME4J-60-readLine-returns-no-newline.patch" was improving things by reducing 
the number of places we have to deal with newlines.
BTW I'm fine with the strict/lenient approach. Maybe we can reuse the already 
existing strict parsing flag.
