Such as? Are you talking about architecture, design or implementation?
Strange in that it was designed as a 'process-style' replacement as opposed to a service oriented system that could just be 'plugged-into' an already existing framework. While of course there is nothing wrong with that - I guess I kinda expected a component that could just be dropped into 'something else'. For example, suppose I have a workflow engine that I want to be able to receive tasks via email and queue tasks in the same manner - its difficult to use James in the 'ideal' way because it operates as a standalone process.
No biggie though :) Still good stuff and I always have the source if it becomes that important to me...
