Ok this is all good. We can see that it is attempting delivery, and has
done the DNS resolution. We can also tell that you are not using a RC1 or
other recent 2.2.0 test build because if you were, it would also indicate
the IP address for the host.

Sometimes this just happens, if the SMTP host is busy. The current code
will immediately try other yahoo gateways. If you can never get connected,
it may mean that your IP address is banned by yahoo, although I would have
hoped for a reply in protocol, rather than a connection failure.
You should look at www.openrbl.org for your sending IP from time to time.
