I dont like it, but not because it irritates me!

James sends this message from my email address (as i am mailadmin), and
occasionally i get people replying to the message who are under the
impression that it has been indiviually written to them!

If it were a blunt impersonal message people might get the idea that it's a
machine, and it doesnt care!

I don't think James is unique in generating this type of failure response.
However, I just wondered if it irritated anyone else as much as it does me?

Particularly annoying ( and, IMHO, stupid ) is the "Sorry it didn't work
out." comment.

Two questions:

1) Just out of interest, does anyone else dislike the message?

2) Can it be changed at a local level?
