Newsgroups descriptions

Hi, reading http://james.apache.org/rfclist/nntp/rfc2980.txt it seems 
that Newsgroups can add a short description so when you ask for the list 
of newsgroups you receive the descriptions too.

Is this implemented in James? I haven't found how to add a description 
to newsgroups.
