Yeah, I solved the problem. Thank you all.

The only thing was to change the driver to use mordred.

Now I've sent about 1,5mio mails without problems :)

I've not seen that with JAMES and MySQL.  Mind you, I still use 3.23 in our
production environment.  Are you using Mordred or DBCP for the connection
manager?  Do you have automatic reconnect turned on for the driver?
