Actually, the real core issue wasn't listed. The normal RemoteDelivery
mailet was explicitly configured with ITS OWN address as the gateway. Hence
the looping: RemoteDelivery was told to deliver all mail right back to the
SMTP server. Comparatively, the other two configuration issues were minor.
