Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am running James 3.0 on Windows XP and have recently discovered that my outgoing folder is growing. It seems that nothing is being delivered outside the server itself. The mailet logfile seems to show that my ISP's SMTP server is refusing James's connections:

My ISP checked that my server was not black listed, so that should not be the problem. What can my problem be?
