This means that Exchange is properly forwarding the email to James,
but then James is configured to forward (at least some emails) back to
Exchange, which then gets forwarded back to James, etc...

Sounds like you've got the SMTP connector configured correctly, but
there's some routing logic that needs to be addressed.
